REFUND PROCESS:

Thank you for purchasing a TAU product.

We offer a full money-back refund for any product purchased or ordered from our stores and website. In order to be eligible for a refund, you are required to return the product within 7 calendar days from date of purchase / receipt of product.

The product should be returned in the same condition that it was received and undamaged in any way. To initiate a refund, you are required to first fill in our product refund form.

After we received your item, our team will inspect it. Once the product has completed the inspection process we will process your refund.

If purchased / collected in store, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is returned to our store.

If purchased online/ delivered to you and the product is incorrect or damaged, we will ensure that the product is collected and couriered to us.

The courier cost will only be incurred by us if the product does not meet our required standard and was sent out accidentally with undeniable defect.

For credit card payments it may take 4-7 working days for the funds to reflect.

We encourage our customers to use the product within the first 7 days of purchase.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Products that are engraved are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Products that are on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

In order to be eligible for an exchange, you are required to return the product within 14 calendar days from date of purchase / receipt of product. The product should be returned in the same condition that it was received and undamaged in any way.

A product can be exchanged immediately if the desired stock is available in stock.

Products that were manufactured specifically for an order will not be exchanged for another product that is to be manufactured.

Products that were manufactured specifically for an order can be exchanged for another product if the product is in stock.

Products that are engraved / personalised are not eligible for exchange.

Products that are on sale are not eligible for exchange.
