We commit to a 5 YEAR WARRANTY on all our lined bags. These bags use leather outside and fabric inside.

Most of our bags are crafted using leather on the inside and outside. We choose not to line some of our bags with fabric, but to rather use thinner leather inside for the pockets to ensure that they are strong and durable.

When we do line them with fabric, we use a strong durable natural fabric. We choose to line some of our handbags as this creates a more elegant and neat finish to the inside of the bag.

We place a high value on the quality of our materials and the quality of our workmanship. The Warranty is only applicable to TAU branded products purchased directly from our online store, Brooklyn Mall store, The Grove Mall store, or any TAU authorised representatives and authorised reseller stores (view our acknowledged resellers under INFO-partners).
